Gear Hire Program

Process

1. Determine what gear you need for your trip.

 

2. Fill out the Online Gear Hire Form here. An executive will respond via email indicating if the gear you've requested is available.

3. Running on Wednesdays between 11AM-12pm, members can hire gear from Morgan’s Walk, outside Building A. If Morgan’s Walk is already occupied or there is bad weather, gear hire will run from Building A at Burwood. 

Expectations

  • Members will show proof of their membership

  • Gear will be returned:

    • On time

    • Dry

    • Clean

    • Fully charged (if applicable)

    • Undamaged

  • Members will read and sign the agreement form when hiring gear
