Here you can find all documents made available to club members, including: (1) AGM Minutes. Each year we hold an Annual General Meeting to discuss Club business, provide annual reports, and elect a new Executive team for the year coming. The historical minutes provide a valuable opportunity to learn more about the Club's operational history. (2) Executive Meeting Minutes. EMMs serve as an important transparancy measure to ensure Club Members are informed as to the business, goals, operations, and sustainability of the Club. Minutes will be posted here periodically after an Executive meeting. There is typically 3 meetings per academic year. (3) Presidential Annual Reports. These reports, driven by the reports provided at each year's AGM summarises and comments on the year's success, challenges, and how the Club seeks to look forward for growth. (4) Constitution. All Club Members, including Executive and Committee Members are bound by the Constitution. An up to date copy of the Club's constitution can be found below.
